Child Psychotherapy
Children don't always have the words to tell us what they are struggling with — but they show us in other ways. Through play, creativity and the therapeutic relationship, I offer children a safe space to explore their inner world, make sense of difficult experiences, and find new ways forward. I work with children and young people with a wide range of difficulties, offering both short and longer-term therapy tailored to each child's needs.
Parenting Support
Being a parent can bring you up against yourself in ways you never expected. Whether you are struggling with a specific difficulty, finding the relationship with your child hard to navigate, or simply feeling lost, parenting support offers you a space to think — without judgement. I offer reflective parenting work, which explores not just what is happening now, but the experiences you bring from your own childhood that may be shaping how you parent today. Single consultations are also available for parents who have a specific concern they would like to think through, or who are unsure whether ongoing work is right for them.

Parents in Conflict & Co-Parenting
When a relationship ends, the practical arrangements — the family home, the finances, the children's contact — often take over entirely. Feelings get pushed aside. But they don't disappear; they surface in other ways, often as conflict. Beneath that conflict there is usually unresolved pain, and when that pain can be worked through, a different kind of co-parenting becomes possible — a working relationship that children can internalise as a healthier way of managing difficulty and big emotions.
I offer specialist therapeutic support for parents navigating co-parenting difficulties. My role is not to take sides, but to support the co-parenting relationship — and through it, your children.
Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for therapists and other practitioners working with children, young people and families. Drawing on over 30 years of experience — including 11 years in CAMHS and specialist training at the Tavistock — I provide a reflective space to think deeply about your clinical work. Please get in touch to discuss your supervision needs.

School Consultation
I work with schools and educational settings to support staff in understanding and responding to the emotional and psychological needs of children and young people. This can include consultation on individual children, support for staff around relational and behavioural difficulties, and thinking together about how the school environment can best hold the needs of its pupils. Please get in touch to discuss how I might be able to help your setting.

Child Psychotherapy: £100 per 50 minute session
For co-parenting, supervision and school consultation, fees reflect the nature of the work and are discussed at the point of enquiry.
